Myrtle Grove Village

A 50.4 acre commercial development located in New Hanover County, NC. This project includes over 285,000 sf of commercial buildings with associated parking facilities, stormwater management facilities, regional utility infrastructure improvements, and offsite traffic improvements on major state and US highways.

Oceanview Mixed Use Development

A 1.1 acre commercial development located in Wrightsville Beach, NC. This project consists of a 5-story mixed use building with underground parking facilities, streetscape, utility extensions and underground stormwater management. Tasks included due diligence, site planning, FEMA, CAMA, Conditional Use Permit hearings, meetings with various regulatory agencies regarding zoning, utilities, permitting and preparation of construction documents.

Myrtle Grove Village Utility Improvements

As part of a major commercial shopping center project, carried out design, permitting, and construction administration for relocation of a 24” gravity interceptor for New Hanover County.

Lower Cape Fear Hospice

A 8 acre commercial development located in Wilmington, NC.  Paramounte Engineering provided site civil engineering and land surveying services for a proposed 23,300 sf administration building on the existing Lower Cape Fear Hospice campus.  This project included site master planning, extension of existing utilities, and low impact development (LID) techniques including pervious paving and rain gardens.  PEI also provided LEED documentation based on the US Green Building Council requirements for site development.  The project received the 2007 Significant Achievement Award from the Lower Cape Fear Stewardship Development Program by the City of Wilmington.

Hendersonville Regional Animal Hospital

This project is located in Flat Rock, NC; tasks included site layout, the design for NCDENR storm water and erosion control, pump station design, NCDOT driveway permitting, and the preparation of construction documents.  The development will serve as a regional animal hospital with emergency services.

Coastal Carolina E.N.T

Paramounte Engineering provided site civil engineering and land surveying services for a proposed medical office development located along Ocean Highway in Shallotte, NC.  This project included the design and associated permitting of the site layout, a sanitary sewer pump station, stormwater, erosion control, and the extension of existing utilities.
